Clean and Simple Challenge #108

I don't  generally do circular cards, they mainly become tags, not because I don't like them but just not clever enough to cut cards with Spellbinders dies (I guess I'll work it out one day).  From this sketch I made a very quick tag (could end up on the front of a card), which is pretty much all scrap paper.  Glad to see some of that rather large scrap box is being used.

What you need

Cardstock - Bazzill Basics Light Blue, Navy;   SU Whisper White
Stamps - PTI Year of Flowers:  Lily of the Valley
Ink - SU Night of Navy
Dies - Spellbinders standard large and small circles
Impression Plate - PTI Tin Types
Flowers - Prima
