Case Study is one year old - Happy Birthday!! To celebrate is a case of a case of a case, if that makes sense. For my contribution I chose this beautiful card by Amy Wanford.
The simplicity of her style really appeals to me and the colours are so subtle and gorgeous. So for my card, bearing in mind I need another 9yo birthday card this is what I came up with, using the previous Play Date Cafe palette as a starting point.
It is possibly a little sophisticated for this age but I was really happy with how it came together. This isn't the easiest stamp set to position without guidelines (or maybe that's just me) but the possibilities are endless and hope to have the time for a play at some stage.
What you need
Cardstock - Bazzill Basics mid and light pink; Canson Gold; SU white
Stamps - PTI Modern Basics
Ink - SU Regal Rose; Versa Magic Gingerbread; Memenot Desert Sand
Button - PTI
Gold Thread
Lovely! I'm sure she'll love it. You've chosen beautiful colours.

Pretty in pink for a sweet 9yr old with this sweet card :D It's true that it takes some getting used to lining up that set but stick with it - you'll be creating more beauties with it before you know it!
ReplyDeleteThanks for partying along with us on CASE study!
