The challenge: colouring ribbon with Copics.
The inspiration: I want to go there!!
The card: not that different from Nichole's but I do like it
I love the idea of being able to customise ribbon like this, unfortunately mine wasn't PTI and didn't appear to work quite as well. The white edging really helps to lift the image and I love the navy flowers (thanks for the idea Michelle).
What you need
Cardstock - Bazzill Basics Navy; PTI Kraft; SU white
Stamps - PTI Botanical Silhouettes, Fillable Frames
Ink - SU Night of Navy, Old Olive; PTI Fresh Snow
Copics - B12, B99
Ribbon and Gems - Kaisercraft
It came out great! Your composition and colors harmonize so beautifully and the ribbon looks perfect to me! I have not viewed the video yet but it looks very intriguing, will have to give it a try. Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteAre you telling me you hand-coloured that ribbon??? No way!! It's perfect! You're welcome to the idea, I might just have to borrow this one back off you! :-) Gorgeous card.
