PTI November Blog Hop

The brief this month was Christmas tags, which have featured heavily in the past few PTI releases.  Not something I normally do, as I am flat out just getting Christmas cards out.  So here is my take on a tag, if I did them. I really wanted to use the wide striped SU ribbon but was unsure how tidy the corners would look and 2 bows on a card could look odd. So I imitated it by using double sided tape and embossing powder (no red glitter !! and I call myself a card maker).  The other embellishment I have been wanting to do are the sparkly snowflakes - don't have spray adhesive so I punched them from double sided adhesive sheets.  Came out quite well I think.

Still love that wreath.

  4. Hi Cass! I am amazed by your innovative solutions to the materials shortage dilemmas !! Just as well you don't make tags as it would take ages to make them all so intricately pretty as this! Love your wreath and your snowflake!!

  5. Super fun with tons of layers. Way to rock the PTI tag challenge.

    It's a good life!

  11. I Cassandra! Email me your email address and I'll tell you how to make my flower. I used the same flower you have on this FAB tag (and LOL! I don't use glitter either!!) LOVE your wreath and the flowers and snowflakes and your ribbon is just PERFECT!

  12. Wonderful holiday tag! Even if you don't make them you could use this on a card in the end. I like your faux red striped ribbon too!
