Isn't this photo just divine - my chances of ever seeing it for real - pretty much nil. I love the formality of it, and the blue and white with just a touch of colour in the flowers and wall decoration are pure class! Enough drooling and onto my card, this is for my Mother-in-law's 70th birthday next weekend. I am not sure what is planned as that really is my 2 sisters-in-law department. I do know that my husband has NO idea what to get her (neither do I), so he had better think fast.
When I saw the Tuesday Trigger photo I thought this paper would be perfect - I bought it quite some time ago and I still have alot of it (should mass produce it maybe).
Not sure if this photo makes the sentiment any clearer as it is so pale, but very happy with how it turned out.

This is simply stunning! I had the same reaction when I saw the Tuesday Trigger, but haven't had a moment to think about the challenge. Yours raises the standard pretty high! What is that beautiful border at the bottom? Your MIL is sure to love this card!
ReplyDeleteOh PERFECT for both challenges! I love the way you stamped the frame and added the little pink roses and the lovely silver brad to mirror the clock. I see a Trigger Target in your future :) Awesome use of the WMSC this week, so glad you could play!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous!!! That paper is truly delicious and perfect for the challenge (and I agree, that trigger is awesome, haven't been able to come up with anything for it yet). The button is perfect, the border is gorgeous, and the tiny roses are the perfect finish for the card. I wanna be your MIL!
ReplyDeleteGosh, how did you get that photo of my bedroom?! (I wish!!) What a beautiful, stylish and elegant card Cassandra! xx
