Birthdays, birthdays and more birthdays...

My daughter has an excellent social life! Far better than her parents, and they are invited to do alot of fun things. Last night was a disco party for a school friend (these children are only 7 to 8 year olds), needless to say I was alot older before I went to a disco or school dance.

Anyway, I thought I'd share a couple of cards completed over the past few weeks.

The first card is meant to give the impression of the balloons being tethered to the "l". Of course, after I positioned the balloons I realised they weren't quite straight. Oh well.

What you need
Cardstock - Bazzill Basics Red, Orange; PTI White
Stamps - SU Circle Circus, Jumbo Outline Alphabet; PTI Fillable Frames #1
Die - PTI Rick Rack
Ink - Memento Tangelo, Tuxedo Black
Brilliance Sunflower Yellow
Stickles - Diamond
Copics - B14, B29, G14, G17, Colourless Blender, R02, R24, R29

You can see I was quite eager to keep up the Circle Circus theme. I can see so many possibilites for this set but I seem to overlook it more often than not.
It might be difficult to see but the 'bubble' stamp is done with glue pad and glitter. Looks better in real life than in this photo.

.... Needless to say, she had a great time at all her social events
